15-Day Plant Health Guarantee
Small Plants
All of our small plants (8" nursery pots and below) are covered under our 15-Day Plant Health Guarantee. If the plant’s health declines beyond repair within 15 days of the date your order was received through no fault of your own, we will provide a store credit. Please be advised, if you choose to repot your plant within 15 days of receiving it, you will void this guarantee. Please reach out for care assistance at the first sign of plant health decline. If your order is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will assist you. Our goal is to provide you with the best customer experience.
Large Plants
All large plants (10" nursery pots and above) have a 48 hour return window. Delivery fee is non refundable. We only send out plants that are representative of the photography on the site, and are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if your plant arrives damaged contact us within 48 hours to initiate a store credit or exchange. If you are dissatisfied for any other reason such as plant size or shape, you are eligible for a swap of the same item within the 48 hour window.
Return Policy
There is a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order was received. Items must be in the same condition, new or used, with tags, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at [email protected]. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. All returns are at the customer's expense and subject to a 15% restocking fee. The return window is 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in-store or by mail. The restocking fee is 15% of the product price. For remorse returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility; for defective items, there is no fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include images or video and a detailed description of the issue to expedite this process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned where indicated, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
