The Burro’s Tail Cactus is recognizable for its fascinating texture and lush green foliage. Interestingly though, the Burro’s Tail Cactus is misnamed, as it is not a cactus but rather a succulent. This succulent produces long, sweeping stems with thick, fleshy green leaves. While green is the dominant color of the Burro's Tail, leaves can sometimes also be green to gray green or even blue green and may have a slight chalky look. This plant is heat and drought tolerant. It prefers full sun for best growth and has the added benefit of being friendly to all you four legged family and friends.
